The Clinical Research Recruitment Dashboard Study addressed recruitment challenges in the DANE study by developing a dashboard with control charts to track participant progress and trends in real-time. I planned usability tests, recruited 18 participants, and analyzed data to improve the tool’s usability. The dashboard enhanced recruitment efficiency, refined eligibility criteria, and improved consent strategies, offering a scalable solution for other studies.
